Monarch Films’ Channels rebuilt on the FAST 2.0

Monarch Films’ Channels rebuilt- New York NY – May 6, 2022. On the back of NAB 2022, View TV Group have announced that three FAST channels owned by Monarch Films Inc., has aligned with and will be rebuilt using the FAST 2.0 Standard. 

“TV Nuts, Boomer Channel and Down The Rabbit Hole channels will be rebuild and VOD assets made into channels to replace the feeds already on a number of platforms” said Jamie Branson, CEO View TV Group.

“Monarch Films is a worldwide distributor of feature films, documentaries, fiction and factual series, licensing content in all media worldwide. They represent producers and content producers from all over the world andhas content in over 50 countries and carry over 1500+ hours of programming, so we are delighted to be associated with a company with such reach and quality” added Jamie.

“The fast 2.0 standard converges the best of traditional TV with the best of FAST with the intention of increasing the engagement of viewers, premium brands, advertisers ​and compliance with the standard will be instrumental in getting a better deal for our content and channel owners irrespective of platform” added Art.

The rebuilt Monarch Films channels will appear on the View TV Group Connected Television (CTV) platform, Kapang broadcasting in the UK and US. The channel feed will then be available for Monarch Films to place it on any other platform free of any fixed charge / connector fee and using View TV Group’s broadcast content delivery networks (CDN).
